Building Resilience with Mindfulness for Educators

by Certified Mindfulness Practitioner and educator, Mandy Froehlich. Become a practitioner of mindfulness and feel the benefits.

One strategy for building resilience is to practice mindfulness. Many of us have heard people tell us this...but many times we aren't sure how exactly to go about actually practicing mindfulness. This course goes in depth into what mindfulness is, strategies for practicing as both a human and an educator, mindfulness in the classroom, and a deep dive into self-reflection on challenges that might hamper our mindfulness practice. To best support students in mindfulness, a scientifically proven strategy with far-reaching benefits, we must first understand how to practice it ourselves.
